I am a professional baker and cake designer. I began decorating cakes after I saw a picture of the most wonderful cakes in a Good Housekeeping magazine. I instantly fell in love with them! I soon realized that the desire to create beautiful cakes was as bad as a midnight craving! Since then I have taken numerous classes with notable instructors and bakers. I now teach others how to decorate cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. However, learning is a life-long pursuit and I continue to hone my skills through self-study.
